Shameful

Bassilius Nassour, a Greek Orthodox bishop in Damascus, called the Malaysian government's position "shameful."

"It shows Malaysia to be a backward, pagan state because God teaches freedom for everyone, and the word 'Allah' is for everyone," he said.

The tribespeople speak only Malay, and have always referred to God as Allah, an Arabic word that predates Islam. It is used not only by Muslims but also by Christians in Muslim-majority countries such as Egypt, Syria and Indonesia.

But the Malaysian government says "Allah" is exclusive to Islam and its use by others would mislead Muslims and tempt them to convert to Christianity.

Some government critics suggest the Allah ban is designed to win back Muslim voters who deserted Prime Minister Najib Razak's United Malays National Organization party in the 2008 general election — a charge Najib denies. He condemned the church attacks and promised the government would "take whatever steps it can to prevent such acts."

yeah! finally I got my car last friday. and the first song I listened to was HERE COMES GOODBYE..! now can say goodbye to taxi and bus coz that's what I got into to go tuition. I can drive here drive there and everywhere I wish.
